Indie rocker Alyssa Joseph has unveiled the lyric video for their new song “Easier.”

The track is an homage to the singer’s New Jersey upbringing. In a statement, Joseph said:

"Easier is a nod to my New Jersey roots and just an honest song where I call out an ex and myself. We’d meet up once a month at diners after we dated to keep the door open since that was easier than finding someone new. Writing this song forced me to take a hard look at how I cope with heartbreak and isolation."

The lyric video for the track, which can be seen below, continues the Jersey references to beloved diners in the region. The visual was created by Max Sternlicht.

“Easier” is available on all digital platforms right now. Joseph will unveil their Alive EP this summer.
