New York metallic hardcore Age of Apocalypse have delivered another single from their forthcoming album In Oblivion today.

The track “Impulse,” which can be heard here, features guest vocals from Graham Sayle of High Vis. Age of Apocalypse vocalist Dylan Kaplowitz said this about the new single:

"'Impulse' lyrically is just emphasizing that empathy is not weakness. It's suggesting that looking through the eyes of someone else one might be able to find peace. It's specifically touching on police violence and the dehumanizing protocols that are sometimes taken to exert 'the law.'"

Age of Apocalypse’s new album In Oblivion will be released on May 23 via Closed Casket Activities. Pre-orders for the album can be made here. The band will have a handful of shows in the U.S. this month, including an appearance at LDB on April 25. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
