A Persona themed rave (Plursona) is coming to Los Angeles

A Persona themed rave will make its way to Los Angeles later this month.

Plursona, which is a collaborative event between Echopopstars and Prism Power, will take place on Friday, January 23 at Los Globos starting at 10 p.m. The 21+ event will feature DJs spinning electronic music as well as remixes of classic Persona music. There will also be live performances, games, a photobooth, vendors, and a cosplay contest. Tickets for the event can be purchased here. Los Globos is located on 3040 W Sunset Blvd.

Plursona takes place on the same weekend as Persona Live 2026: Awakenings at the Dolby Theatre. The event brings the popular Persona Live event to North America for the first time. The trio of shows sold out instantly. A synopsis for Persona Live 2026: Awakenings reads:

Following the success of the Persona Live Tour across Asia, which excited audiences with its high-energy performances and talent, the 2026 Los Angeles shows are eagerly awaited by U.S. fans excited to experience the magic firsthand. These shows give fans the chance to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience with the music and talent that defined the Persona game franchise.

2026 is also the 30th anniversary of the Persona franchise. A slew of projects will be revealed soon. One project fans can’t wait to play is Persona 4 Revival, which is a remake of the 2008 classic Persona 4. The game will be released on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It will also land on Xbox Game Pass on day one.

Since 2009, MP3s and NPCs owner Terrance Pryor has written about music, conventions, cosplay, and video games for publications such as AXS, Examiner, Fake Walls, and Ranker. Based out of Los Angeles, the former rock concert promoter/radio host can be seen talking about rock music on AXS TV’s Music’s Greatest Mysteries and discussing music and whatever else on their Black Man Talks Rock channel on YouTube.
