Will Ramos (Lorna Shore) and Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil) to join Metal: Hellsinger DLC
Six months after its release, Swedish developer The Outsiders dropped information on Metal: Hellsinger’s first DLC pack today.
The Dream of the Beast DLC will arrive on March 29, and it’ll feature songs featuring Will Ramos from New Jersey deathcore band Lorna Shore and Cristina Scabbia from Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil. The new DLC pack will also feature a new gun and three new outfits.
Last year, Lorna Shore wowed crowds at Lollapalooza and unveiled their studio album Pain Remains, which was one of our favorite releases of the year. The band are slated to tour alongside Mastodon and Gojira this spring and summer.
Last year, Lacuna Coil celebrated the 20th anniversary of their third studio album Comalies with a re-recorded version titled Comalies XX. This May, Lacuna Coil will be touring along the West Coast with The Birthday Massacre, Blind Channel, and Edge Of Paradise. Tour dates and tickets can be found here. Lacuna Coil’s music was previously featured in the video games Guitar Hero, Rock Band, and Ducati World Championship.
Metal: Hellsinger, which has sold over one million copies since its release, earned The Golden Joystick award for Best Audio, the Tin Pan Alley Game Music Award, The Spawnies award for Best Music, and the NAVGTR Awards for Outstanding Song Collection, Outstanding Original Light Mix Score (new IP), and Outstanding Game, Music or Performance Based.
Metal: Hellsinger is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. More information about the title can be found here.
