TV Star release new single "Ride" from forthcoming Seattle rock compilation
Another song from the forthcoming Seattle rock compilation From Far It All Seems Small has been released today.
TV Star have delivered their new song “Ride,” which comes with a music video available below. The alt rock band have been touring along the West Coast with performances alongside White Reaper, Angel Du$t, and Militarie Gun. Earlier this year, TV Star released a collaborative EP with Spiral XP, who also appear on the compilation.
From Far It All Seems Small will be released on May 24 via KR Records. Pre-orders for the release can be made here. KR Records will hold a two-day record release event at Black Lodge with a handful of bands performing, including Shook Ones, Prim, and compilation curator Supercrush. When it comes to working on the compilation, Supercrush vocalist (and KR Records founder) Mark Palm said:
“We realized the scene here is the best it’s been in a long, long time. There was a good feeling of camaraderie developing between many of the groups from playing shows together and working alongside each other on various projects. The comp is an opportunity to celebrate the music from our extended circle of friends here in town, and hopefully to galvanize the scene and contribute further to that sense of camaraderie.”
Tickets for both record release shows can be purchased here.
