Trailer Park Boys making their comic book debut this year
Popular mockumentary series Trailer Park Boys will jump into the comic book world with the help of Devil’s Due Comics.
Announced today, the Chicago-based comic book publisher, who delivered comic series based on Family Guy and Troma, will unveil a slew of one-shots and miniseries to celebrate the show’s 20th anniversary. In a statement, Devil’s Due Comics founder Josh Blaylock said:
“This is the perfect fit for us. I have the ultimate respect for what the Boys have built from the grass roots into a true phenomenon. We’re going to have a lot of fun with the kind of stories we can tell, marketing stunts we can pull, and talented comic pro fans of the show we’ll be working with."
A preview book will be released this spring followed by the aforementioned one-shots and miniseries this fall. The first book can be pre-ordered right now.
SwearNET recently released the 13th season of the series titled Trailer Park Boys: Jail. The first 12 seasons are available to watch on Netflix.
