Digital distributor G.O.G. has added one of the biggest open world video games of all time.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is now available to purchase on the service. Both Anniversary Edition and Special Edition are available at a discounted price for a limited time here.

Released back in 2011, Skyrim became one of the best-selling video games of all time with over 30 million copies sold worldwide. In 2021, the Anniversary Edition was released, which includes 500 Creation Club elements and the ability to fish.

A synopsis for Skyrim reads:

The Empire of Tamriel is on the edge. The High King of Skyrim has been murdered. Alliances form as claims to the throne are made. In the midst of this conflict, a far more dangerous, ancient evil is awakened. Dragons, long lost to the passages of the Elder Scrolls, have returned to Tamriel. The future of Skyrim, even the Empire itself, hangs in the balance as they wait for the prophesized Dragonborn to come; a hero born with the power of The Voice, and the only one who can stand amongst the dragons.

Announced back in 2018, Elder Scrolls VI is currently in pre-production. The game will be released exclusively on the Xbox and PC.
