Seattleās Museum Of Pop Culture will award Alice In Chains with their prestigious Founders Award at a special livestreamed event. This livestream will feature performances from acts such as Metallica, Korn, Fishbone, and Mastodon. Alice In Chains' last studio album was 2018's Rainier Fog, which topped the Top Rock Albums chart.
Thursday, December 3
Katie Malco - 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST (buy tickets here)
U.K. singer-songwriter Katie Malco will have a special show inside Northampton's Labour Club. In June, the artist unveiled their debut album Failures, which is out on 6131 Records. Malco turned heads in Europe performing alongside Julien Baker, Jenny Lewis, and We Were Promised Jetpacks.
The Hold Steady - 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST (buy tickets here)
The Hold Steady will continue their Massive Nights tradition by taking over Brooklyn Bowl for three nights (December 3 - December 5) of live performances. The band recently released the 10th-anniversary edition of 2010's Heaven Is Whenever, which includes nine additional tracks. The Hold Steady's last studio album was 2019's Thrashing Thru the Passion, which saw the return of keyboardist Franz Nicolay.
Saturday, December 5
Evanescence - 4 p.m. EST/1 p.m. PST (buy tickets here)
Evanescence will have their first performance of 2020 inside Rock Falcon Studio, and fans worldwide will watch the action live. Aside from fan favorites, the band will perform songs from their forthcoming studio album The Bitter Truth, which is slated for release in 2021. If you miss the livestream, it'll be available on-demand until December 8 at 11:59 pm EST.
No Joy's No Bummer All Summer Virtual Beach Party - 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST (buy tickets here)
While winter is almost here, Canadian shoegaze group No Joy are bringing some summer vibes with their No Bummer All Summer Virtual Beach Party. Joining them for this musical event are Sad13, Winter, Aerin Fogel, Peel Dream Magazine, Lost Cove Tiki, DRYNX, and Second Sight. No Joy unveiled their fourth studio album Motherhood back in August via Joyful Noise Recordings.
