Swamp Dogg has unveiled another track from their forthcoming studio album Blackgrass: From West Virginia to 125th St today.

The track “Ugly Man’s Wife,” which can be heard below, features background vocals from The Cactus Blossoms. Swamp Dogg said this about the new song:

“I wrote ‘Ugly Man’s Wife’ with one of my favorite co-writers, Bob Jones, now deceased. I promised him that I would record it on my next album. I kept my word.”

Blackgrass: From West Virginia to 125th St is slated for a May 31 via Oh Boy Records. Pre-orders for the album can be made here. On the album’s release date, the artist will have a record release show at Zebulon with special guests James Intveld and DJ Jonathan Toubin. Tickets for the 21+ show can be purchased here.
