Suzanne Santo announces new album 'Yard Sale,' releases new track "Bad Beast"
Singer-songwriter Suzanne Santo has announced their new studio album.
The Austin-based artist will release Yard Sale on August 27 via Soundly Music. Santo worked on the album with producer John Spiker, who is best known for their work with Tenacious D and John Carpenter. The first single from the forthcoming release titled “Bad Beast” can be heard below. Santo said this about the 12 track release:
"I'm into the emotional concept of what a yard sale really is. This record is about the things I've left behind and the things I've held onto. I was broken up with while writing the record. I fell in love again while writing the record. And I learned to fearlessly follow my gut, in all places of my life, while making this record."
Pre-orders for Yard Sale, which is the follow-up to Santo’s 2017 debut album Ruby Red, can be made here. This fall, the artist will be on tour supporting Murder by Death. Santo’s forthcoming tour dates can be seen below.
