New Zealand alternative folk artist Reb Fountain has dropped their new single “Lacuna.”

The track comes with a music video shot by director Lola Fountain-Best in Queenstown. Fountain said this about “Lacuna”:

“Lacuna is me describing what’s it like to grow into oneself, to wrestle with the intangible nature of our human condition, to see who we are. Unifying our many selves - the sum of our parts."

“Lacuna” stems from Fountain’s forthcoming studio album Iris, which arrives on October 1 via Flying Nun Records. Pre-orders can be made here.

Fountain will celebrate the release of their album with a handful of performances in New Zealand. Tickets for these shows go on sale this Friday (August 6) at 11 a.m. Tour dates can be seen below.
