Philadelphia indie rock band Ghost Light will unveil their sophomore studio album this fall.

Announced today, The Healing will be released on October 7 via Royal Potato Family. A new single from the record titled “Take Some Time” comes with a music video directed by Joe Lee and Christian Strevy. The visual can be seen below.

Vocalist Tom Hamilton said this about the new album, which can be pre-ordered here:

“The story is less the fallout as it is the recovery. Sticking with it. Staying the course in the face of adversity, uncomfortable conversations or situations. The path to health and healing is often not the path of least resistance but the path of perseverance and doing the work.”

Ghost Light will support the forthcoming album with a headlining tour across the United States with dates spread between October and December. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public today.
