Anime Expo attendees will get an early look at season two of Oshi no Ko before its July launch.

On Saturday, July 6, HIDIVE will have a special celebration for the new season. At panel room 403AB, Yurie Igoma (Japanese V.A. of Ruby) and show producer Shimpei Yamashita will join attendees for a special screening of the 90-minute debut episode of Oshi no Ko from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. From 3:15p.m. to 4:35 p.m. at the Platinum Ballroom, attendees will be greeted to the world premiere screening of episode two of Oshi no Ko’s second season as well as an encore screening of the first episode of the second season. This screening will also feature Igoma and Yamashita.

A synopsis for season two reads:

Aqua’s desire for revenge takes center stage as he navigates the dark underbelly of the entertainment world alongside his twin sister, Ruby. While Ruby follows in their slain mother’s footsteps to become an idol, Aqua joins a famous theater troupe in hopes of uncovering clues to the identity of his father — the man who arranged their mother’s untimely death, and the man who once starred in the same troupe Aqua hopes to infiltrate.
