Australian pop artist merci, mercy has released their new single “Winnie Crush” today.

The track arrives with an animated music video, which can be seen below. The artist said this about their new track:

“It’s about the toxic relationship that I have with myself. I can barely afford what is good for my body let alone what’s bad for it. I’ve tricked myself to believe this is what is good for me, that it’s something that makes me happy. But I can’t afford to do this to myself anymore, I can’t afford a love that doesn’t exist.”

“Winnie Crush” is available on digital services right now via Capitol Records. This is the follow-up to the act’s 2020 EP no thank you, no thanks, which gained them over 10 million streams.
