Jenny Don’t and The Spurs announce new album 'Broken Hearted Blue'

Country band Jenny Don’t and The Spurs will unveil their new studio album this June.

Announced today, Broken Hearted Blue will drop on June 14th via Fluff and Gravy Records. The 10-song release was produced by Collin Hegna (Brian Jonestown Massacre, Federale). Vocalist Jenny Don’t said this about working on the release:

“On this album, [bassist Kelly Halliburton] and I collaborated more closely than ever, shaping most of the musical parts together. We're just fed up with mainstream music's repetitive nature and the confines of genres. Each of us brings our own musical flavors to the table, emphasizing the importance of authenticity over conformity. Our music pulls from a variety of genres, which can be a bit tricky to define. But Collin really nailed it, capturing our blend of country, rock and roll, with that added touch of Western charm."

A new song from the record titled “Pain In My Heart” comes with a music video by Matt Miller, which can be seen below. Broken Hearted Blue can be pre-ordered here.

Jenny Don’t and The Spurs will promote the record on their forthcoming trek across North America. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
