Japanese metal band Anthem have unveiled the first single “Wheels Of Fire” from their forthcoming studio album Crimson & Jet Black.

Anthem bassist Naoto Shibata said this about the new single, which can be heard below:

"Obviously this is the most heavy metal album I have ever made. Experience the monstrous groove generated by the band. You will be the witness of the best album by ANTHEM. I promise that ANTHEM will come to your towns and play. Until then, listen to this incredible album and be blown away."

Crimson & Jet Black will arrive on April 21 via Reaper Entertainment. This follows their 2019 studio album Nucleus, which found the band re-recording their hits with English lyrics. The album is co-produced by Shibata and Jens Bogren (Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth, Dimmu Borgir).
