Jane’s Addiction have delivered their first single featuring the original lineup (vocalist Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins, and bassist Eric Avery) in 34 years today.

The song “Imminent Redemption,” which is out on digital services, was recorded at Sweetzwerland Studios in Hollywood. The band collectively said this about the new song:

“It is different this time. To have everyone back together, releasing new music. It’s time. Welcome to the next chapter of Jane’s Addiction. ‘Imminent Redemption’ is only the beginning.”

The new single comes before Jane’s Addiction’s upcoming summer headlining tour, which kicks off on August 9 at a sold out Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
