German Computer Game Awards 2024 nominees announced

Nominees for the German Computer Game Awards 2024 were revealed on Monday.

Everspace 2 and Fall of Porcupine both earned the most nominees at the event with four each, including a battle for Best German Game and Best Audio Design. Alan Wake 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Super Mario Bros. Wonder have been nominated for Best International Game. A full list of nominees can be seen below.

Mareike Ottrand, Professor for Interactive Illustration and Games at HAW Hamburg said this about the nominees:

"We were able to judge a colorful bouquet of great games and - as always - it was not easy to make a decision in any category. I'm looking forward to the award ceremony in Munich and seeing the sparkling eyes of the winners!"

The German Computer Game Awards ceremony will take place on April 18 in Munich, and it’ll be livestreamed on Twitch and YouTube. More information about the event can be found here.
