Florida shoegaze band Leaving Time release new single "Arm's Length"

Florida shoegaze band Leaving Time have delivered their new single "Arm's Length" today.

Vocalist Reed Cothren said this about the song, which can be heard here:

“Arm’s Length” is an introspective look into one’s disappointment with man; and the lack of real advancement. It’s about accepting that there will always be violence. Seemingly most of man’s “advancement” is weaponized and used for war and death; most often for profit. It’s always been and will always be this way.”

"Arm's Length" stems from Leaving Time’s forthcoming studio album Angel In The Sand, which arrives via Sunday Drive Records on November 1. Pre-orders for the album can be made here. Before its release, the band will hold free listening parties in Atlanta (October 27 at Disorder Vinyl) and Jacksonville (October 29 at Tiger Records.

Starting on November 5, Leaving Time will kick off their U.S. tour in support of the record with special guests Glare, Zeruel, Trauma Ray, and Full Body 2. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
