The soundtrack to award-winning game Dorfromantik will make its way to vinyl.

The soundtrack will arrive physically thanks to Black Screen Records. The vinyl will come in yellow and sky-blue vinyl ("Feld & Fluss") and BSR exclusive tri-color vinyl ("Kirschblütenromantik"). Laryssa Okada (Manifold Garden OST), Pygoscelis, and Only Sound helped bring the sounds of Dorfromantik to life. Vinyl pre-orders can be made here. All pre-orders will ship in April 2025.

A synopsis for Dorfromantik, which is out on the Nintendo Switch and PC, reads:

Dorfromantik is a relaxing building strategy and puzzle game where you place tiles to create ever-growing, idyllic village landscapes. With Dorfromantik, you can immerse yourself in a quiet, peaceful world at any time and take a break from everyday life. At the same time, the game offers a challenge for those who seek one: to beat the high score, you need to carefully plan and strategically place your tiles.

Dorfromantik is developed by Toukana Interactive, a young studio founded by four students from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW Berlin) - Luca Langenberg, Sandro Heuberger, Timo Falcke, and Zwi Zausch - the full version of Dorfromantik was officially launched in April 2022. The game has won multiple prizes and received positive reviews throughout the press. The physical board game even won the acclaimed “Game of the Year” award in 2023.
