Deftones announce summer North American tour with Gojira and Poppy

Deftones will be hitting the road this summer in one of the most intriguing lineups seen this year.

Announced today, the alternative metal giants will embark on a headlining tour with support from French progressive metal group Gojira and pop/heavy metal act Poppy. The tour will kick off on July 27 at the Theatre Of The Clouds at Moda Center in Portland, and it’ll conclude with a stop Denver’s Pepsi Center on September 5.

You can check out the full tour routing below. Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday (February 14) at 1 p.m. local time.

Deftones have been working on the follow up to their 2016 studio album Gore. Gojira have also been in the studio penning material for the follow up to 2016’s Magma, which earned them two Grammy nominations. Poppy will be supporting their new album I Disagree, which topped the UK Rock and Metal Albums chart and peaked at number five on the Hard Rock Albums chart.
