Cyberbike action game Gripper gets March release on Nintendo Switch and PC

Heart Core LTD. will unveil their cyberbike action game Gripper later this month.

Announced today, the game will be released on March 29 on the Nintendo Switch and PC for $19.99. An announcement trailer can be seen below. A demo for the game is available to play on Steam right now.

Heart Core LTD co-founder Kirill Zolovkin said this about the game:

“We’re thrilled to finally announce the release date for Gripper and to be so close to sharing the excitement and emotional experience with players around the world. Our love for Akira and games like Furi and Hyper Light Drifter helped inspire Gripper, along with my experience working through the loss of my mother. We thank you all for supporting us so far and are looking forward to sharing the full weight of Gripper later this month.”

A synopsis for the game reads:

In Gripper, players take control of None, a cyber biker trapped inside a world on the brink of collapse. Long-estranged from his parents, None is jolted back into their lives and forced to save the world from the mysterious AI known as Zero. Aided by his childhood stuffed animal, turned mechanized cat buddy, Kat-Kit, None must race across post-apocalyptic wastelands, explore treacherous tunnels, and defeat challenging bosses by gripping and ripping their hearts out. Working through grief is never easy, especially when the fate of the world is in your hands.

Brought to life by a talented development team whose credits include Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Atomic Heart and Rainbow Six Siege, Gripper is an adrenaline filled adventure, chalk full of action and replay value.
