Irish post-punk artist Ava Vox has dropped the music video for their single “Silent Tear” today.

The visual, which can be seen below, was directed by Caoimhe Lavelle (a.k.a. Kwoo), and it features Leigh Mayon / Them Fatale in the lead role. Ava Vox said this about the video:

"Caoimhe put her own interpretation on Silent Tear, noting that she is absolutely in love with the song and felt it warranted something unique and artistic. I'm eternally grateful to Caoimhe and everyone involved in the production - they all came together and offered their time and artistic talents because they were really into this song and just wanted to support me.”

“Silent Tear” stems from Ava Vox’s debut album Immortalised, which is out right now on digital services. The record was produced by Ray McLoughlin, who worked with acts such as Francis Black and Rick Astley. Ava Vox will promote the record with two performances: Alternative Sunday Social Club at The Wild Duck on May 15 and Fibber Magees on June 1.
