Electronic/experimental artist Astrid Sonne is offer a different take of their latest album Great Doubt.

Announced today, Great Doubt EDITS finds a slew of artists reimagining songs from the record. Blood Orange, ML Buch, and Fine & Molina are among those lending a hand on the release, which will be released this Friday (September 20) via Escho.

Sonne said this about the forthcoming release:

"The edits are made by friends and colleagues that I admire. The idea of doing edits rather than remixes came from wanting the artists to feel as free as possible when working with the material. Exploring different approaches is an essential part of my practice and it's been great experiencing the album translated and redefined through their ears."

A visual for “staying here” has also been unveiled. The video, which can be seen here, features footage from Sonne’s recent performances over the summer.

Sonne will embark on their debut North American tour this fall. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
