New Jersey anime convention AnimeNEXT has revealed dates for next year’s event.

Yesterday, they announced plans to move from Atlantic City to Edison’s New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center from June 16 through June 18.

A statement from the convention reads:

We are excited to announce that things are kicking off for AnimeNEXT 2023. The dates for our show this year will be Friday, June 16, 2023 through Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the NJ Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, NJ.

Please keep your eyes on our social media as we will be updating our website to reflect this information, making hotel announcements in the next few weeks, and opening registration on Tuesday, November 1, 2023.

For those of you who have been joining our show over the years, you know that each new home for our event creates various opportunities for us to innovate and integrate into the community as well as come up with creative new content so get excited.

AnimeNEXT moved to the Atlantic City Convention Center in 2016 and took place at the venue until 2019. Last year’s installment was cancelled due to a slew of issues with the venue.
